I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its clean and comfortable rooms. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of Viljandi, which made exploring so easy. The staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to accommodate us. However, I found the dining experience to be a bit lacking in variety. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially considering the value for money.
